Richard G. Ramsauer has worked on several corporate transactions for VTC, which included taking on temporary executive management functions in portfolio companies.

Previously he was a project manager at Bain & Company in Munich and in Stockholm.

Richard G. Ramsauer earned business degrees from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland (lic.oec.HSG) and from the University of Chicago in the USA (MBA).

Mr. Ramsauer is an Austrian citizen.
