Our two strategic goals are long-term value creation and growth. We create value through fostering growth strategies on the portfolio company level as well as acquiring new businesses for the Group.

We are convinced that the combination of high professional standards and long-term entrepreneurial thinking is our winning formula. In order to be successful VTC needs a clear definition of its role within the Group. VTC acts as a "strategic holding", focusing on strategic and financial leadership of the group companies. We also use our resources and network in order to assist our portfolio companies in strategic projects or M&A transactions.

Within the group we emphasize entrepreneurial autonomy to maximize the flexibility of portfolio companies and strengthen their competitive position. All of the companies are independent and do not rely on any central functions performed by VTC. In addition we do not actively promote financial relations or synergies within the portfolio.
